Our Purpose

From overlooked potential to meaningful possibility.

Our vision is an Africa where promising young minds have a credible platform to be heard, assessed and supported.

Our Mission

To encourage critical thinking, discover practical solutions, and connect emerging innovators with opportunities for learning, collaboration and growth.

Our philosophy draws inspiration from Job 14:7–9: the enduring possibility of renewal and growth.

The Journey

SUBMIT

Present your idea, explain the problem and describe your proposed solution.

STEP 03

Your submission is considered against transparent intellectual and practical criteria.

STEP 04

INVITATION

Promising applicants may be shortlisted and invited for the next stage.

STEP 05

Selected participants may access mentorship, learning and idea-development support.

STEP 06

TRANSFORM

Your Idea Matters

Every meaningful transformation begins with a question.

Are you aged 15–25 and passionate about solving a problem? THE SUBMIT invites students and independent young thinkers to articulate their ideas, demonstrate originality and explore their potential.

Applicants will be asked to explain the challenge, proposed solution, expected beneficiaries and support needed. Supporting documents, images, diagrams and short videos are planned as part of the application system.
